Shopping Policy
Shipping ~ Once your orders have been placed, we will ship them out within 3-5 business days (upon receipt of payment). If your order is placed over the weekend or on a Singapore public holiday, it will be processed and shipped within the next 3 business days. ~ Combined order with a minimum spending of $50 (excluding shipping fee) will automatically be entitled for registered mail with tracking number (paid for by TootiePixies), where your signature is required when you receive your package ~ An additional $2.20 will be charged, if you would like to ship your orders via registered mail (which we highly recommend) *IMPORTANT* - Kindly make sure that your shipping address is as per your PayPal account, as we will be shipping based on the address found in PayPal. We will NOT be responsible for any lost mail due to incorrect shipping address. Refunds & Exchanges ~ Items sold are non-refundable and exchangeable ~ All sales are final unless wrong items are shipped. Please email us at [email protected] for any special request or enquiries.
~ All packages will be shipped via SingPost by regular airmail.
~International customers, kindly note that shipment will take between 10 to 25 days, subjected to any customs clearance in your country.
~ We will not be held responsible for your country's individual customs and taxes (if applicable) ☺
If you received the items damaged in transit, please drop us an email with a photo of the damaged items and we will try our best to assist. Refunds may be done on a case to case basis.
